In a very charming place we find this great house with views of the mountains and the private pool. You will love the area, very close to Santander (10 min by car) and very close to the Dunas de Liencres Natural Park and its beaches (7 min by car). It has all kinds of services, and magnificent restaurants very close. A perfect place to get to know Cantabria, enjoy the outdoors and the surroundings. The ground floor has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room that communicates with the porch and the pool, and a large kitchen that also communicates with the porch. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. And the top floor with another large room. The villa in Arce de Piélagos has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 10 people. The apartment is comfortable, is very bright, and has 160 m². It has views of the mountain and the garden.
