Property info

Wonderful Finca with stunning views of the Atlantic and Teide National Park cared for and spoiled by their owners to the last detail. The gardens surrounding, the house and as well the terraces and the pool area, ensure enjoy a fantastic holiday with family or friends. In addition, the farm is planted with many Mediterranean trees and tropical fruits such as papayas, mangoes, avocados, plums, apples, etc., which our guests can be taken for daily and personal enjoyment. For children to enjoy is a play corner for entertainment and a large lower terrace where they can run around safely. Adults have their own entertainment area at the entrance of the house, a roof with additional kitchen, barbecue, dining room, a nice bar, a pool table area and another dining area at the entrance of the house, ect. All to enjoy during the whole year. The house is spacious, bright and fully renovated with hardwood, all tastefully and with care. It has 3 bedrooms, one double room and 2 singles and an extra bed for a fifth person if necessary. The living room is cozy and has satellite TV and a fireplace for the few cold days during the year.

Neighborhood info

This tiny gem town Icod de los Vinos with the numerous mansions, small palaces, churches and monasteries located about 15 km west of Puerto de la Cruz and is easily reached via the northern motorway and road. The emblem of this old wine city, as well as the entire island, is the oldest dragon tree in the world with a magnitude of 6 meters in circumference and 17 m in height. At whose feet botanical garden is home to plants from all parts and altitudes of the island and is definitely worth a visit. Particularly attractive for shoppers is the old town with many small shops. Opposite is the Plaza with the wonderful views of the city and the sea. Also worth is having a looka at the church from the 17th century. A few meters above is the small Plaza de la Constitución with the lovingly restored houses from the 16th to 18th centuries. In two wine bodegas you be kindly invited to taste the vine of Icod and buy wine. In the middle of the square, a garden with a fountain, which among other things, grows the rare candelabrum palm. Also famous is the Cueva del Viento, a volcanically formed cave 15 km length, which is located above Icod.
