The house is located just steps from the beach, only crossing a small street with hardly any traffic. Since we traveled in late October/early November, it was great having plenty of morning sun, first from the upstairs terrace, later on the lower terrace. The gardens do not get any sun later on in the afternoon. The house is attractive, with nice new bathrooms and a good floor plan.
