Facing the main pool, the large south facing terrace with garden furniture and plancha enjoys breathtaking views of the sea, golf and the region. 5min from the first small shops and 15min walk from the beach, the port and all its amenities, this ground floor of 112m ² can accommodate 8 people. This residence benefits from 2 swimming pools, several solarium terraces, relaxation areas and many flowering paths. This apartment has two bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets. (one with a double bed, the other with two double beds including a mezzanine), a living room (with 2 double sofa beds, TV, DVD and USB) and a dining room. Fitted kitchen open to the living room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle and radio.
