Impressive beachfront villa with a private pool to spend an incredible vacation with whoever you want. Perfect to enjoy the holidays with friends or family. This holiday home has capacity for 8 people. What else are you interested in knowing about this tourist chalet? - It is located on Almardá beach (Sagunto) and is perfect for enjoying the sun, disconnecting from everyday life and relaxing by the sea. - It has large terraces with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. - The pool has a large garden area, sun loungers and is perfectly separated by a fence from the rest of the house. - You can enjoy your outdoor jacuzzi. - On one side of the house and very close to the pool, the barbecue is located. Perfect to enjoy a delicious meal. - It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one of them with a hydromassage). - All rooms in the house are very bright, ventilated and with everything exterior. - Your kitchen is spacious, very bright and has a large pantry and laundry room. - Very bright attic in which another of the rooms and a bathroom are located. - Basement where you will find a multipurpose space with a ping-pong table, electronic dartboard and board games to have fun on your vacation. - Private garage. Do you want to know where it is located and its surroundings? It is located on the Almardá beach, a family-friendly and quiet area, a few kilometers away are some of the most touristic and important towns in Camp de Morvedre: Sagunto, Puerto de Sagunto and Canet de Berenguer. - It is located 900 m from the Mercadona Canet D'en Berenguer supermarket and 1.5 km from the Consum Canet D'en Berenguer supermarket. - It is a well-connected home: 7.5 km from the Estación Renfe Sagunto train station, 45 km from the Manises airport (Valencia).
