The property will not accept guests after midnight (00am) will be alerted booking as Guest-No-Show and your reservation will be canceled altogether. *With the knowledge and approval of the property, any arrival between 11 p.m. and 00 a.m. (midnight) charge of 30 euros pay in cash before check-in for that late hour * You have booked one (1) double room with a shared bathroom. That's it. * We remind you that the property does not offer the use of the kitchen...Therefore, no utensils are available. * ID will be requested for the check-in -Please remember the property won't accept guests under 30 years old. * The property does not receive suitcases before check-in or after check-out times. *Unauthorized visits will affect your deposit, and the property takes the right to cancel the remainder of your stay. * Entering the property in a state of high alcohol intoxication and disturbing the peace of neighbors and other booking guests is grounds for immediate expulsion - loss of your 300 euros deposit and reporting to the local authorities. *Due to hygiene regulations, food is prohibited from entering the rooms. If they do so, the guest is responsible for cleaning and removing their own garbage from the property. We are located in the heart of Palma, we have everything within our reach, bus stop - Plaza de España, which is the main axis of mobilization for the entire island - a multitude of restaurants - bars, shopping centres, cinemas - markets - steps of distance to the famous Cathedral - Marina - Museums and Historical Center. Estamos hubicado en el corazón de Palma todo lo tenemos a nuestro alcance, paradero de bus - Plaza de España que es el eje principal de movilización a toda la isla - nos rodea multitud de restaurantes - bares, centro comerciales, cinemas - mercados - pasos de distancia a la famosa Catheral - Marina - Museos y Centro Históricos.
