The apartment is located on Consell de Cent Street between Roger de Lluria Street and Bruc Street. It is very centrally located just 5 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia - the most beautiful shopping street with luxury shops and some of the most famous Gaudi houses. Just 10 minutes walk away is the lively Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. The area is one of the most interesting of the Eixample with typical architecture of early nineteenth-century Modernism, and a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes. We recommend the Reñé Café-Bar and Restaurant, an old confectionary factory which later, became a famous bakery in Barcelona. Also, you will find next to the apartment the Jardins de la Torre de Les Aigües, a children public swimming pool with shallow water in courtyard. It is only open to public in July and August every year. Garden View apartment is a good choice if you want to be central but away from the crowds of tourists that populate more central areas.
