The apartment has everything you could need for a fantastic holiday. Free Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very modern and you have extra linen and towels. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony has sun all day. There is ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot nights. There is also a beautiful pool and pool bar, serving delicious food. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect and just a short walk to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Taxis are very cheap to take you back up to the apartment.
I've lived in Gran Canaria for 30 years and absolutely love the island. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I love meeting new people and helping them to have a really great holiday. I have good local knowledge and can advise you of all the best things to do, to enhance your holiday.
Just a 4 minute walk to the main center, there is an array of great shops, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. Taxis are really cheap to get you back up to the apartment. There is another 2 beaches close by. The main bus station is at the bottom of the hill. The bus service is very cheap and reliable. There is a big market every Friday in Puerto de Mogan. You can take a taxi boat from Puerto Rico harbour to Puerto de Mogan. Or maybe take advantage of the many boat trips and dolphin searches. Opposite the Puerto Rico bus station is Angry Birds Activity park for the kids. There is a great waterpark called Aqualand, in Maspalomas. Why not head up to the mountains to see some of the more traditional villages and beautiful nature. Or go to the capital city, Las Palmas, really good for shopping and some history, with the old Cathedral and old town of Vegueta. There are many excursions to get you around the island or you could hire a car, down at the main center.
