HHBCN Beach apartment Gava #1 is a modern and clear apartment with pool at only two minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with cooking island. The ensuite bedroom with walkin closet also is of great size with a total of 39m2. The swimming pool is equipped with a bar and restaurant and there and is very family friendly, just like the rest of this enclosed complex. There are two assigned parking spaces and a lot of green around. Located quietly but close to restaurants, water sport facilities and other amenities. Families have been thought of, the apartment is equipped with a high chair, a baby bed, beach equipment and toys. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment. Room types: Room 1: King size ensuite with access to balcony Room 2: Single bed extendible to double Room 3: Bunk bed. In the near surrounding you’ll find restaurants, beach bars, an 8 kilometer long boulevard, a supermarket and water sports. Both Barcelona and Sitges are a 20 minute ride, other attractions in the region are the cava and wine route in the Penedes wine region, Portaventura and water park Aqualeon.
