The house is located in a quiet and well-kept urbanization, which offers a serene and relaxing environment. With its location on one floor, it is accessible and comfortable for all guests. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living-dining room, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a television for your entertainment. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on cooler days. The dining room has a spacious table with seating for six people, ideal for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals. From the living-dining room, you will have access to a covered terrace with a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. It also has a second larger and sunny terrace with an outdoor dining table for 2 people. The house has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing a good night's rest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, you can usually find free parking on the street (with a little more complication in high season).

Costabella is known for its good beach restaurants and its sandy beaches (no stones!) On the beach you have 2 beautiful beach restaurants. There is "Miguel y Maria, Da Sergio" a mix of Italian and Spanish food and "Fernando y Encarni" a typical Spanish restaurant also very nice! Also very close you have the Supercor supermarket. It is located 10 minutes by car from Marbella center and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús.
