Beautiful apartment in front of the black volcanic sand beaches of Las Gaviotas and Playa Chica, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. With a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and listen to the sound of the sea. Luminous, with capacity for 4 people, Internet Wifi fibre at 300mb and parking space. A few minutes from Las Teresitas and San Andrés, a small fishing village where you can discover the local gastronomy, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. This cozy and bright apartment is ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 3 people, distributed in a nice bedroom with views, double bed and open to the living room, which has a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace where you can relax and a bathroom. With Wifi Fiber Internet, parking space and a unique location in front of the sea, with a beautiful black sand beach. Ideal for lovers of the sea and water sports as well as for mountain lovers. The house has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi fibre internet, television, cot and high chair. In the urbanisation there is a solarium area and communal parking space and direct access to the beach.

This beautiful apartment is located between Las Gaviotas beach and Playa Chica, symbols of freedom and connection with nature. Its isolated location but at the same time close to the capital of Tenerife, makes it the ideal place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. These beaches of very fine black sand, is right under the cliff of the Anaga massif, which gives it an exotic and unique beauty. It is easily accessible by car and has a parking area set up next to the beach. You can practice nudism on this beach.
