A unique home in a privileged location to discover and enjoy the island on your holidays. This beautiful villa is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 6 people. Distributed in 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room, two bathrooms and a toilet. With a large central lounge with views of both the sea and the Teide, a fully equipped kitchen and 600 mb fibre Wifi Internet access for teleworking. With a luxury outdoor space with private heated swimming pool, sunbathing area and different corners where you can relax, have lunch or simply enjoy the environment. All surrounded by gardens with sea views, in an idyllic setting where you can breathe tranquility. It is a completely sustainable and very efficient house, as it has solar panels and an air conditioning system. There is no garage in the flat, but parking is easily available nearby. No parties or events are allowed in this property

El Sauzal is a municipality in the north of Tenerife located between Tacoronte and La Matanza. It overlooks Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. It stretches from the coast, with steep cliffs, up to 1,507 metres above sea level. The Las Mejías ravine runs through the centre of the municipality, also divided by the TF-5 motorway, which separates it into the areas of El Ravelo, towards the summit, and El Casco, closer to the coast. The average annual temperature in El Sauzal is 20.5 ºC.
