Distributed on two floors with 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living rooms on both floors of the house, fully equipped kitchen, fiber Wifi Internet and gym equipment. With a luxury outdoor space with private swimming pool, sunbathing area and different corners where you can relax, have lunch or simply enjoy the environment. All surrounded by gardens with sea views, in an idyllic setting where you can breathe tranquility. There is no garage at the property, but parking is easily available nearby.

Neighborhood info

El Sauzal is a municipality in the north of Tenerife located between Tacoronte and La Matanza. It overlooks Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. It stretches from the coast, with steep cliffs, up to 1,507 metres above sea level. The Las Mejías ravine runs through the centre of the municipality, also divided by the TF-5 motorway, which separates it into the areas of El Ravelo, towards the summit, and El Casco, closer to the coast. The average annual temperature in El Sauzal is 20.5 ºC.
