This property is rented for stays of more than 31 nights and less than 11 months. Welcome to this spacious and charming flat in the Born neighbourhood of Barcelona, right in front of the famous Parque de la Ciudadela and just a few minutes from the city centre and the incredible Arc de Triomphe. Once the flat is rented, guests will be charged 30% of one month's rent for bookings from 0 to 3 months / 60% of one month's rent for bookings from 3 to 6 months / 100% of one month's rent for bookings over 6 months, as an 'agency fee'.
