Beautiful flat recently refurbished with a very cosy decoration near Park Güell, so you can enjoy nature just a few minutes away, and close to the Vallcarca metro stop (L3), which also has good connections with bus lines. Once the flat is rented, guests will be charged 30% of one month's rent for bookings of 0 to 3 months / 60% of one month's rent for bookings of 3 to 6 months / 100% of one month's rent for bookings of more than 6 months, as an 'agency fee'.
