We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Villa with private pool in Benissa, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 persons. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a satellite flat screen TV and a fireplace in living room (wood). It also offers a well equipped open kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Free Wi-Fi, free bedlinen and free towels are provided too. The bottom apartment is private and it will remain locked and empty during your stay. This is a lovely villa to spend your holidays with family and friends. On high season the use of the air condition is optional. If you want to use it, it must be paid on departure day upon consumption. During the coolest months, using the heating is also optional. If you want to use it, you must pay it on departure day upon consumption.

Neighborhood info

The villa is situated in a lovely coastal and residential area and at only 800 metres from Cala Baladrar beach (walking distance). The closest sand beaches are the little beach called 'Cala La Fustera' located at 3 km from the villa (4 minutes driving) and Platja L'Ampolla (Moraira) which is 4 km away (5-6 minutes driving). The sand beach La Fossa (Calpe) is 6 km away (8 minutes driving). Moraira is the closest town, where you can visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the old town. Calpe is the second nearest town. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views) and enjoy the long beautiful sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood).
