A very nice location right in the heart of town and across from a very good restaurant. The "spa" of the hotel/spa casa mudejar was shut when we checked in and didn't reopen until evening the next day, so we didn't get to use it at all despite booking a spa inclusive rate.

Spa was nice. Staff helpful. We were unable to get in to see the baths, which were a draw to the hotel.

Great buffet breakfast, roman spa complex, fantastic location No kettle or jug in the room. Being charged an additional fee for a compulsory swimming cap and flip flops - when you've already paid substantially for entry to the spa.

The location is outstanding. It's in the centre of everything. We used a GPS to find our way into the old castle. We were able to locate a free parking lot for our stay due to advice from the desk. The hotel's restaurant and cafe in the Jewish Quarter were delicious. it was our first sampling of Sefardic food. We would be disappointed if we couldn't stay there should we come back to Segovia.

Nice room. We double bed + singe bed + roll-away for the 4 of us. That was still comfortable. Position is great - right next to Plaza Mayor, and a short walk to the aqueduct through interesting old streets.

Very central location. Nice, clean and spacious room (we had family room). Good value for money. You won't be disappointed. Be ready to pay eur 17 for wallet parking. And, breakfast could have been better, at least for the price they charge (eur10, and no discount for kids).

Location, it's hard to get to but it's worth it. You think you might be going to wrong way but it's by the Plaza Mayor. The TVs didn't work normally.

Well-located hotel, clean, good value. We booked two rooms, one of which was very spacious, the other a typical size for a city--for some reason, they were the same price. Also, and this was a big plus--the hotel had the only washcloths we encountered in Spain! The decor was not as attractive and up-to-date as I had imagined from the pictures, but it was fine.

Great location - right on Plaza Mayor. Short walk to everything. Great 'family room" set-up for 4 people. Very nice front-desk staff. Helpful. Hard to find. if you get there late, there is no hotel parking. You have to park far away.

Loved the location of this hotel, right off Plaza Mayor. Great price - mid week for 60 euros in mid May. Breakfast was good, but it was 10 euros a person. Good spread of food there... Kept us going until 2PM. We moved our car to the "Free" Parking lot, which the front desk suggested. Room - we had a view of farmland and roof tops, which was really nice. Bathroom was good - nice and modern. Visited Cathedral, Roman Aquaduct, and Alcazar. Dinner - Awesome! We went to Narizotas - great suckling pig and duck. There was a futbol party upstairs in the bar and two other parties, locals and tourists in mid- May. Narizotas is located in Plaza Medina Del Campo square across from the San Martin (?) church. No, all good.

Excellent location, just off the Plaza Mayor. We stayed in family room which was very big and clean with nice windows looking over the patio. The staff was very friendly and nice. I wish we had been able to stay longer, as one night in Segovia was not enough!

Very chic yet traditional Hotel in the heart of Segovia, we couldn't have asked for a better location with the shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The main attractions including the Aqueduct, Alcazar and the Cathedral all within easy walking distance. It is a Hotel that is unable to provide on site car parking as it is right in the centre whereby the area is pedestrianised. We parked some distance away as we didnt mind the walk, however, I do believe the Hotel has an arrangement for nearby parking at a reasonable rate. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Fab weekend break.
