A newly and modernly furnished apartment is available for your holiday rent in Playa de Las Americas, on the second line from the ocean in the Las Piteras complex. The apartment has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a laundry room, open kitchen with the living room and a large terrace overlooking the pool. Up to 6 persons can stay. In the apartment you will find everything you may need for your vacation: full kitchen utensils, microwave oven, two refrigerators, kettle and toaster, pots, towels, bed linen, a travel cot, hair dryer, iron, a washing machine, a 65-inch smart TV, high-speed Internet, Netflix, ceiling fans in the rooms, a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room,  sunbeds and a private parking. Las Piteras complex is located 300 meters from the Playa de La Troya beach and only 18 km to the Southern Airport. Next to the complex you will find convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. Everything you need for your vacation.
