We are very proud to introduce our brand new apartments located in the best part of Tenerife south. The flats are really well made with a proper kitchen, a very convenient walking shower and reversible Daikin air conditioning. We choose the best materials for our LAVITALSOL apartments. Long term rental is also a good option to consider to fully enjoy and discover this paradise island.
We fall in love with the Canary island and decide to live in Tenerife. We travelled a lot with our family and the climate in Tenerife south is almost the same all year around, 25-30C, sunshine. You can swim any days, no mosquitos, and the days are much longer than europe. It never rains, the people are always happy and a lot of activities available; tennis, padel, golf, hiking, horse riding, diving, surfing, sailing, paragliding,.... or just; farniente! To visit this paradise island; LAVITALSOL is one of the best option.
LAVITALSOL apartments are located in a residential and quiet area. If you drive, there is always a parking available, we are 1 minute walk to Aqualand park and 10 minutes walk to Siam park. 2 big parking very close. The nearest beach is la Pinta at 12 minutes walk. Bobo beach 14 minutes or 3 minutes in bicycle. In fact our position is perfect; not in the crowded and noisy streets, but in the walking distance to all shops, restaurants and amnesties.
