Accommodation Summary: Los Helechos is a first floor two bed property in a superb location, just a minutes from the Avenida De Las Playas strip and beach, this cozy rental is set in a lovely complex with well maintained gardens surrounding a large communal pool and separate child´s pool. It is the perfect base to soak up the Lanzarote sun within very easy access to a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Accommodation Interior: Bedrooms Bedroom 1 -Double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables & lamps Bedroom 2 -Twin beds, wardrobes, bedside table & lamp Bathrooms Shower, WC & washbasin and bidet. Open Plan Kitchen/Living Room Kitchen with breakfast bar has a hob, small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a large fridge/freezer in the alcove between the bedrooms. The bright living room is fitted with a large L shaped sofa. Smart TV with IPTV. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. Patio doors lead outside to the balcony. As you enter the property there is a utility room with a WC and washing machine. Accommodation Exterior: Balcony with patio furniture looking out onto the complex swimming pool together with sea view. Communal Pool detail: The attractive main & children´s pool is surrounded by sun terraces and mature gardens. Water type normal Pool Heating: No Access: No access ladders Pool cover: No Accessibility: The accommodation is centrally located. It is on the first floor and access is gained via an external staircase. Amenities: Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk from the main Avenida and Playa Grande beach. Here you will also find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The Old Town Harbour, Bisofera Shopping centre and many more bars are restaurants also just a five to ten minute walk away. Car Hire is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto del Carmen, but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
