Los Olivos 13 - One Bed is situated in Fanabe, on the seafront. It enjoys amazing sea and pool views from both a roof terrace and a balcony. The roof terrace is accessed via some outside metal steps and is furnished with 2 sun loungers, as well as a patio table and chairs. The lower balcony is also furnished with a patio table and chairs. Patio doors lead back into the lounge with a sofa bed and armchair. There is also a dining table and 2 chairs. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge to keep guests cool. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels and also a selection of books. The kitchen is fully equipped with a tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, occasional chair, and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and WC. The apartment also has wifi internet access. The owner also requires a final clean fee of 50 euros, which is payable on arrival, unless paid upfront.
