## The space The best part of the apartment is the living area. After a day exploring Madrid, there is nothing better than relaxing on the sofa and watching TV or reading a book. With chic decoration and plenty of natural light you will enjoy every moment you spend here. There is a small balcony with a lovely dining table that gives a calm and relaxing atmosphere to the space. You also have a double sofa bed and a single bed if you want to have extra guests. The kitchen has a cozy design and beautiful decoration. If you like cooking then you will have a good time in the stylish, fully equipped kitchen creating your best recipes! There is a lovely dining table to have wonderful breakfasts. You can use the space to work with your laptop. The first bedroom has two comfortable single beds with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? There is a lot of storage space, so you can unpack your luggage and start feeling at home right away. The modern decoration and the huge space gives an incredible relaxing atmosphere to the space. The second and third bedrooms have also have lovely single beds. All bedrooms are provided with fresh luxury linens and have plenty of space for all your belongings. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided. My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ## Guest access You will have access to the whole property. It is paramount that we are respectful towards our neighbours. ## Guest interaction My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Madrid like the back of their hand! ## Getting around In less than 10 minutes walk, you have Fuencarral Tube Station which connects you to L10. This line will get you to the city centre and some of the most tourist places of this city: Santiago Bernabéu, Tribunal, Plaza de España, Principe Pío, among others. The best way to get to the Airport from my apartment is to take L10 at Fuencarral Tube Station until Nuevos Ministerios. Here, change to line 8 that will take you directly to the airport.
