Lovely apartments, in the heart of Valencia. The best place, where you can visit the most important sight seeings, in just some walking distance. Ideal for two couples or a family with two kids. There are 2 apartments of 60 m2 and a DUPLEX 95m2 on the third fkoor. ONLY THE DUPLEX HAS A TERRACE, 1 &2ND ONLY BALCONIES. Lovely are also it's 7 balconies of the first ans second apartment, where you can have a glass of wine while watching people passing by and the bars downstairs movement. Has everything you might want to have in your own apartment. Open kitchen with a bar makes cooking very enjoyable. There are bedroom special lights for you to read at night and in the living room in case you dont want much light there is a modern lamp that makes the atmosphere pretty romantic. You can use both elevator and stairs to access the apartments. During your stay we'll try to be the best possible hosts. If you need anything, we'll be happy to help out. We'll have a dossier ready for you at the apartment with our personal recommendations, so you have some directions, not just as a tourist, but as an insider ... this is very important when it comes to, where to eat a PROPER paella:-)

The apartment is located at the very entrance to the old town of Valencia, barrio El Carmen, right behind the Torres de Serranos, next to the old river channel. It's within walking distance of historical sights and monuments like Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral, Central Market, Silk Exchange building and many more, such as museums like Museum of modern art, archaeological museum, museum of fine arts, Benlliure museum, etc. Also you have a lot of fine restaurants, bars and pubs where to enjoy during day and night in Valencia. Because of its super great centric location, this lovely shiny apartment might be slightly noisy for light sleepers in peak seasons. We have had no problem sleeping there but that is really personal. Close-by is Calle Colón in which surroundings you'll find all the options you need for a day of shopping. Just down the apartment, you have the old river channel. With a length of 9 km it stretches from the Oceanografic until Biopark and it's a beautiful park and a perfect option to escape into the green without leaving the very center of the city.
