Close to the prestigious area of Guadalmina surrounded by beaches (only a few minutes drive) and all kinds of leisure and restaurants. Only 2 km from Playa del Saladillo and several beach bars. And only 3km from the nearest golf course (Atalaya Golf and Guadalmina Golf), several supermarkets, petrol stations and pharmacies within a few minutes drive. The accommodation is in a private gated urbanisation, has a communal seasonal swimming pool with garden and sunbeds. And a large terrace/balcony with table and chairs and outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather surrounded by palm trees. There is also a solarium/rooftoop to enjoy a coffee with views in total peace and privacy. The accommodation has private parking in the garage. Air conditioning and several electric radiators and heaters. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2 seats), SmartTV with possibility to connect to Netflix and YouTube (wifi included).
