Property info

Welcome to this wonderful newly built townhouse one block from the sea in Can Picafort. It sleeps 6 guests. Without a doubt, what stands out the most about this wonderful house are the outdoor areas. You can relax on the sofas of the main floor at sunset. The back offers a comfy patio where you can have lunch or dinner with more privacy. And the top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The recently built house is divided into 4 levels. The main floor stands out for its open, modern and comfortable concept. The staircase to the upper floors separates the living area -with TV-sat, sea views and access to the front terrace- and the kitchen-dining room -with induction, AC and access to the patio. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms with AC, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor. On the second floor we have the master bedroom with a double bed, AC, access to the private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On level -1 we have the laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and a high chair are available on request.
