Great location between the many five star hotels and right by a nice beach. Compact but very adequate apartment in great condition with all needed mod cons. Easy walk to La Caleta for smaller restaurants or to many shops, spas and facilities (decent little supermarket and three nice restaurants on doorstep)

Property info

Please note that a damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. The apartments are located next to 5 * hotels such as Riu Arecas, Sheraton and Bahia del Duque. The resort is very well maintained with several swimming pools, terraces, etc. The apartments have a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, an American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, wine cooler and all necessary utensils. In the living room there is a sofa bed, large TV with international channels and air conditioning. The apartments come with high speed Wi-Fi internet. From the balcony of the apartment one can appreciate beautiful ocean views as well as to the swimming pool and common areas of the resort. This is an ideal apartment to relax and enjoy a holiday by the ocean.
