Brand new 80m2 top-floor apartment, fully equipped and furnished. Elegant and modern with a pleasant patio that fills the sitting room with natural light and a magnificent terrace just off the living room with views of the city. FREE PARKING INCLUDED. This luminous top-floor flat is completely new and has a tranquil and comfortable ambience. Located in the city centre, it boasts a sunny terrace from which to enjoy the lovely views of Seville. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that can be converted into a king-size bed (160m). There is also a full-size sofa bed (sheets are provided). The bathroom has a tub and bidet, and towels and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic-top cooker, refrigerator/freezer, electric juicer and toaster, and a kitchen table. A/C and heating throughout. This top-quality flat is located right in the centre of Seville, in the charming “San Bernardo” area with lots of restaurants and TAPAS bars to choose from, offering both national and international cuisine.
We love to host guests from other countries and cultures, so we pride ourselves on providing them with complete information about visiting hours and place to visit and dine. We want our guests to feel completely comfortable and at home. We provide assistance both before arrival and during your stay, offering our best advice on how to best enjoy your stay in Seville as well as offering you assistance during your stay, in case you need any additional help or information.
Bus station, metro, cable-car and train station are all within a 5-minute walk from the flat, as well as the Barrio de Santa Cruz and Murillo Gardens. The Cathedral and Plaza de España are also very close, just a 15-minute stroll away.
