Mauter Villas, has been in the tourist market of Menorca 15 years ago. At present, we manage about 70 accommodations,: private villas, apartments, houses in the country and centre . We love travel, and we know that tourists need to feel comfortable in our accommodations and it is very important to have someone on the other side of the phone, in case they have a problem, to be able to advise on the area and help them at all times. Go along with our tourists, before, during and after their holidays. We want you to enjoy the area, the best beaches, the best routes, and above all, leave you the illusion of loving Menorca, with us, next time. Before the start of our season, we visit each villas, to check that everything is correct and add, fix, replace elements, which during the winter, may have been damaged, or simply, we consider not suitable to spend another season. We love the world of tourism, the world of travel, and specially, we love contact with our client. With love, enthusiasm and experience in our area, our only objective is to offer your best holidays in Menorca.

Villa Raquel, a special private villa with pool, for us. Raquel, is located on the ground floor, with lots of light. It is a modern villa, with great taste, and a perfect exterior. In front of the kitchen and the living room, you will find an exit to the barbecue and pool, where you can spend many moments with your loved ones. Raquel, take care of all your details, and above all, rest. With well-kept rooms with air conditioning, your rest will be perfect. Rooms located at the back, so that none of your family can bother you if you are in the pool area. We love Raquel, and it´s your best accommodation!

Calan Bosch and the area where Villa Raquel is located, is the perfect area for a relaxing holidays! Just 40 meters away, you will find the famous "Lake Calan Bosch", a must-see and almost daily. The Lake has: taxi boat so you can visit the best south beaches of Menorca, boat trips where you can enjoy paella, jet skis, shopping areas where to shop, souvenirs, and more else. And above all, a great gastronomic range, with unbeatable restaurants. In the same area, but 600 meters away, you will find the Aqua park, guaranteed fun for the little ones and an area for Quads, where fun is also guaranteed. Leaving Calan Bosch, you will enjoy the Calan Bosch Lighthouse, also a must-see, where you can sit down and have a drink, watching unbeatable views of the Mediterranean. The Caves of Cala Blanca, open in 2021 !, just 3 minutes by car, and Ciutadella with its port and very special streets, just 10 km. A holidays, which will not be necessary to rent a car, due to the proximity to everything with bus services, etc. Your days will not be enough, and you will want to return to the area! We will be delighted to have you again!
