It is the perfect apartment for couples. It has an intimate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also a full bathroom. The kitchen and the living room open onto a garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days. It is fully equipped with everything the guests may need. Part of a refurbished Neo-Basque style building, this sophisticated loft in the Basque neighbourhood of Neguri is adorned with the most joyful luxury and comfort to offer an unparalleled sensory experience. Neguri is the most exclusive residential neighbourhood in Biscay. Its architecture, its people and its proximity to the Old Port and the beach make it a unique place. A few meters away from the apartment you will find restaurants, cafes, a shop and bars. We must bear in mind, the subway passes near the house, therefore it can be felt from 6am to 11pm on weekdays, and until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. Tourist license: EBI00928

Perfect apartment to enjoy the coast and everything what there is to be discovered in Getxo, Plentzia, Sopelana and the surroundings. You can try surfing, eat fantastic pintxos in the best restaurants and enjoy the nature of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe or Butron Castle. You will love the location of our apartment! Just nearby the subway, beautiful beaches and all the necessary services.
