Iberplaya is the tourist rental agency on the Costa Dorada. We have several apartments in Salou, Cambrils, La Pineda and Miami Playa. Our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and bedding, so you can enjoy a pleasant vacation. To facilitate the check-in of all our guests, we ask that you have the entire stay, as well as the deposit paid, before your arrival. And that they also have filled in the data of all the guests, in the link received.The check-in is form 4pm to 7pm. In our office Iberplaya , calle Mayor 29 in Salou. For your reservation to be effective you must receive a confirmation email from us and have paid 50% of your stay within 7 days after making the reservation.

The Novelty apartment is a renovated and modern apartment consisting of 1 double room with two beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen (the apartment don't have oven but it have microwave oven), and a living-dining room with a sofa bed, TV, and access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture. The complex has beautiful areas with a large pool for adults and a pool for children. Pool opening dates: 23/6 to 06/9. Ideal for families, who want to enjoy Salou with peace of mind. It is located in an area with a wide variety of shops, supermarkets. A few meters away is the beautiful long beach of Salou. A few kilometers away you can find the theme park of Port Aventura, highly appreciated, both by children and adults. And the great novelty in recent years has been the famous FERRARI LAND. Buy your tickets at reception and avoid unnecessary queues.

The apartement is near of the principal beach of Salou. And in 5 minutes you are in the calle barcelona, where you have restaurants, bars and shops.

Must-know information for guests at this property

Check-ins are made at our office between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In case of late arrival or arrival on a Saturday, keys are delivered through a mailbox. But to obtain the mailbox code you must have paid for the entire stay, as well as the deposit, have filled out everyone's ID numbers (babies included) and have signed the contract. Once all that is done, you will be sent the code and the mailbox number to recover the keys. This check-in method must be scheduled at least 8:00 a.m. before arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform NOVELTY IBERPLAYA of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
