Oiza Luxe "Sand Castles" at the Beach is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach in Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oíza. So Oiza Garden at the Beach Luxe adds the privilege of enjoying a house designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth century in the most spectacular beach north of the island. The apartment Oiza Luxe Garden at the Beach (Apartamento 23 Edificio Canopus), with excellent quality and elegant wooden furniture, wicker and raattan, highlighted by the warm tiled floors imitation cream color and an elegant interior of rustic and colonial American aesthetic in highlighting exquisite pieces antique as the magnificent collection of ceramics in cornflower blue and aquamarine that decorates the kitchen, an old American loom, a wicker basket, a cage, a bottle, a fisheye mirror or the beautiful lamps. We get a superb terrace on the sea with nice furnishings in white and elegantly decorated with candles, with sun loungers, a dining area and a charming outdoor coffee.

Neighborhood info

Puerto de Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life at the beach. The boardwalk has won several competitions in architecture and urbanism and is the perfect place to walk with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts" traditional fishing boats setting, and the modern marina Alcudiamar. In Puerto de Alcudia also you find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And in front of the beach, 10 kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all services: bars, boat rental and sailing courses and a water park. But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not alone. Nearby you will find nearly twenty: sand, pebble, rock, accessible only by sea songs. Among the intimate beaches stands Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true marvel of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks. Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, old watchtower at the highest
