Villa Trinxater is a seafront holiday accommodation, perfect for lovers of water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing and canoeing. It is only a 12 minute walk to the stunning sandy beach of Las Dunas, a 5 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa and a 3 minute drive to the picturesque walled town of Alcudia, a picturesque walled town with Roman and medieval buildings. Enjoy this beautiful finca set in a nature reserve! This beach villa is perfectly equipped for a great holiday with friends and family. Villa Trinxater is distributed in three bedrooms, two are double bedrooms and one with two single beds. The bedroom with double bed and the bedroom with two single beds include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. The other double bedroom has a ceiling fan and air from the living room. Free WIFI is available throughout the house. Villa Trinxater has a full indoor bathroom and an outdoor bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you may need during your holiday. If you prefer to take the gathering to the garden, there is a barbecue as ready as the kitchen, a ping pong table and a private swimming pool with a privileged view of the hills and the Albufera Natural Park. Villa Trinxater is situated on the ground floor of the property, with the pool and facilities being completely private. The first floor flat is not included. There is a canoe at your disposal at no extra cost to enjoy the sea.

In its great location, just 3 minutes drive from the center of Alcúdia Old Town and 5 min to Puerto Pollensa beach, this mediterranean villa is the perfect spot to discover the north of the island. NEW 2021: there is a kayak to enjoy the seaside without any addional cost. Alcúdia is a beautiful historic village, surrounded with old roman houses and antique buildings, such as a roman theatre. Here you will find restaurants, shops, cafes and historic places. The weekly market is always on Saturday to discover local food and ingredientes. Beaches are also of a 5 stars quality in this town, from long sandy ones to private small coves. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the sandy beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Although a car is not essential it is recommended one for additional flexibility as Villa Trinxater is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
