Property info

Penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the sea in the center of Playa de las Américas, in a complex of Las Floritas with beautiful pool, bar, lifeguard in the pool and reception. The complex is located a few minutes walk from the seafront that combines Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Bars, restaurants, shops and shopping centers are everywhere. It is an excellent place for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is located on the 2 floor without elevator. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. On the large terrace there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining, enjoy the sun with wonderful views of the ocean. The apartment , bed linen and towels. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool ideal for adults and children, with bridges and waterfalls, a central area with deep water of 1.10 mt and all the rest of 60 cm.

Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and it is one of the main tourist centers of the island. It is also one of the places where there is the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and many nightclubs, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centers, walks equipped to enjoy the views and leisure areas that Playa de Las Américas offers. The ideal place to spend your holidays as a family, as a couple or simply live your adventure in one of the most important points of interest of the Canary Islands.
