It is very well located at 500 m from the supermarket "Dialprix La Tejita", at 500 m from the restaurant "Bombay Babu La Tejita", at 2 km from the sandy beach "Playa de La Tejita", at 5 km from the village "El Médano", at 9 km from the airport "Tenerife Sur Airport" and it is situated in an ideal area for families and in a residential complex. The flat is equipped with the following things for a comfortable stay: lift, garden furniture, terrace of 42 m², iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, alarm, community pool+children's pool, covered car parking in the same building, 1 TV. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer are provided. In response to the pandemic and for your peace of mind we have implemented a cleaning and disinfection protocol in all our accommodation following the recommendations of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation Rental Cleaning Professionals (VRHP).
