Property info

Casa Rioja is a semi-detached house, very comfortable, well equipped and with an excellent location in Pino Alto, 350 meters from the beach Playa Cristal. The house is on the corner and has a very private garden with lawn, trees and barbecue area. From the private garden we reach a quiet communal area with a pool for 10 houses. The house has three double bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, porch and terrace. On the ground floor are the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub for these 2 rooms. The community is very quiet and the area is residential, composed of families with children. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

Neighborhood info

Playa Crystal is one of the best beaches in Spanish Costa Dorada sea shore. The gastronomic choices are splended, the beaches are never crowded and the infrastucture is good. It is a very quiet area for family tourism, next to the mountains that offer variety of vine cellars, byke and hiking tracks, scienic views and historical monuments.
