Property info

Villa Amelie is located on a plot of 520 m2 and has a constraction area of 280m2. The garden of the house has pine trees, fruit trees and the ornamental plants in front of the house. The villa has direct access to the barbecue area with garden furniture. This area is in the shade of pine trees. On the ground floor there are: living room with upholstered furniture, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three single beds, bathroom, large balcony with a mountain View. On the first floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and with a view to the mountains from the window and a bedroom with a double bed and a view into the garden, terrace with mountain views, garden furniture on the terrace, bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mirrors. Air conditioners are in the rooms on the first floor and on the stairs. The house has a wireless internet connection in all rooms. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
