Villa FLANDES is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. This is a zone with the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide to the travelers maximum comfort . In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator , dishwasher , electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker), opening onto an outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a swimming pool. There are: 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds, 1 bedroom with the bed 150x200, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms each with 180x200 bed, bathroom with bath. The washing machine with wc is in an outside room at the entrance of the house. The house is equipped with air conditioning through a duct. Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 2 min. walking distance from the villa. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
