Renovated apartment in Huelva capital 15 minute drive from the beaches (such as Punta Umbría or El Portil). Spacious and comfortable house, ideal for families. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is spacious. It has a small hallway in the driveway and the fully equipped kitchen upon entering. Next, there is the living-dining room living room with spacious sofa, 50 "Smart TV and dining table table with 4 chairs. The property has 4 bedrooms: 3 of them with a single bed and one with a king size bed and a private bathroom. All have large closets. In addition, both the living room and all the bedrooms have a cold-heat pump air conditioners. In addition to the full bathroom of the double bedroom there is another full bathroom in the hallway. Guests will have access to the house and community areas/services (portal, elevator, hallways, etc.). The situation of the house is exceptional because it is located on an avenue that easily connects with the city center and the wonderful beaches of Huelva.

The property is located in the Isla Chica neighborhood. It is an area of Huelva capital that has all kinds of services: supermarkets (there is one minute walk from the house), shops, public transport, health center, bars and restaurants, stationeries, cafes, etc. It is a quiet area, so it is very nice to walk or go downtown walking quietly.
