The small patch of Playa Salemera is located in the municipality of Mazo in the southeast of the island of La Palma. At the sandy bay of Playa Salemera you can enjoy the sea, snorkel and swim in peace. The house has a living space of approx. 58 m², divided over 2 floors. A fully equipped kitchen with stove and microwave, a chill-out room (living room), a bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. The sandy beach is right in front of the door (50 meters). Shops and doctors are approx. 5 km away, the island's capital Santa Cruz de La Palma and the international airport approx. 11 km. You are in no hurry on La Palma. Please leave impatience and bad mood at home. You definitely need a vehicle to move around La Palma. Local public transport is available, BUT punctuality etc. cannot be compared with local transport in metropolitan areas. We can make sure that a (cheaper) rental car is available for you at the airport and help you with the formalities. Please contact us.
We live in France and in La Palma in the small town of San Pedro for many years now. Our place of residence is about 15 minutes from Playa Salemera. We are always available and available for questions. We are both very close to nature. We like to hike, do a lot of sport and are always in nature. We are happy to help and advise you in planning your leisure time. La Salemera is also a great diving spot.
The salty air and the sight of the sea whet your appetite. The simple kiosco Playa de Salemera now offers exactly the right thing. Only 20 meters from our house, lovers of fresh fish and seafood will find a very good selection of delicacies at fair prices. The ambience is quaint and the staff very friendly. The Kiosco Salemera is also known and awarded for its "tapas", which are specially created for the annual tapa route "Fiesta de las Cruces". The kiosco received the award for the best and also for the most popular tapa. The Palmerian neighbors are friendly and in a good mood. Many only come to Salemera at the weekend.
