Property info

The flat is located in the centre of Santa Cruz, just a few steps away from the most popular streets of the capital. It is a small and cosy flat but with everything you need to enjoy a superior stay. In the surrounding area you will find a wide range of high quality leisure and gastronomic options. The surrounding streets are very lively. Parking is very difficult during working hours, so you have to go to the nearby paid car park. Public transport is very efficient and frequent. The flat is on the fourth floor and can be reached by lift or stairs. It has a small living room topped with a mini kitchen. From this room you have access to the spacious bedroom and the charming bathroom. Despite being a small flat, you will have plenty of storage space.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in the heart of Santa Cruz, the most commercial area of the city and close to leisure areas such as La Noria, Plaza de la Candelaria or Parque Bulevar. Nearby is the shopping street Calle del Pilar. The historic García Sanabria Park is only a few minutes walk away, as well as the most important museums such as the Espacio de las Artes TEA, Museo de la Naturaleza y el Hombre or Museo Municipal de Bellas Artes. There is a very wide gastronomic offer, you can find all kinds of restaurants at very varied prices.
