Cozy and quiet 40 m² apartment in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca, 3 minutes from the metro Lista and close to Retiro Park. It has a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa bed and TV. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. 20 minutes by public transport from the center of Madrid. We provide bed linen and clean towels, perfect for a romantic getaway or a working stay in the center of Madrid! Information to highlight: Check-in until 22h - Check-in free of charge: From 16:00 to 18:00 - From 18:00 to 20:00 there will be a charge of 20e - From 20:00 to 22:00 30e will be charged. - After 22:00 there will be a charge of 50e on request. Due to the rules of the flat, tickets are not accepted. -Please note that last minute bookings may have a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (at 18:00 h).
