Property info

Traditional style villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms capacity for 7 people, private pool and fabulous views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. Located in a quiet area between the village of Son Servera and the exclusive area of Costa de los Pinos (in the east of Mallorca),both at 5 minutes.Looking out directly on the golf course Pula, in a large area of Mediterranean vegetation and surrounded by steep mountains. Ideal for those wanting to enjoy some of the best beaches, cycle routes and walking around the Island. The house has a living area of 145 m2 spread over two floors. The main entrance floor consists of: A living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a large dining table. A rustic design kitchen equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. One double bedroom (with air conditioning) with ensuite shower room and a bathroom with shower.Double doors lead out to a covered terrace with table and chairs. The lower floor consists of: A Bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with double bed and an individual bed available for seventh person . A Family bathroom with bath and shower over. The exterior of the house has a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Here is the inviting pool of 4m x 9m with several loungers around it for sun bathing, or relax in the shade under the pergola. The pool area is fenched from the rest of the garden/outside area. In turn, the garden area includes a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor culinary delights, its 300 m2 of lawns, planted areas and fruit trees create a unique and quiet atmosphere. There is a swing for children to enjoy and ample space to play. The villa has optional A/C unit ( cold and hot air) at an extra cost of 10euros per day, There are 4 units, 1 in the main bedroom on the first floor , 1 in the living/dining room and 1 in each of 2 bedrooms on ground floor . The villa has wifi. Offroad covered parking is available for 3 cars.
