The "Vivienda de Uso Turístico (VuT)" is a different type of accommodation compared to apartment blocks or ApartHotels, and it is also distinct from hotels or other hotel-like accommodations. The housing for tourist purposes does not offer services typical of the hotel industry (daily cleaning and linen change, 24-hour reception, or common services). What we offer is the rental of a residential property for immediate use during a short stay for vacation, leisure, work, medical reasons, or other temporary residential purposes that are not the primary residence. In the event that a noise level is detected that may be disturbing for the neighbours, the guest will be informed automatically and/or through an authorised agent of the programme. We thank you for your cooperation in respecting the neighbours' peace and quiet. The VuT is located in a residential building. No hotel services are offered, what is offered is the rental of a residential dwelling in conditions of immediate use for a short stay for leisure holidays or any other temporary and different from the usual use of the dwelling.
