Although we only met one member of staff as we arrived on a Sunday and departed early morning, he was really helpful and offered extra support if we needed it. Telephone and online support wasn't always quick, but definitely acceptable and always offered a great service. The villa itself is set in a beautiful large compound. Lazy days by the pool are a dream! If you want peace and tranquility look no further. We were just a couple but the villa could hold a larger group with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. For us the best bit was the pool remained sunny all day long. I thoroughly recommend this villa.
