Our apartment is situated high in the hills overlooking Aguilas bay. It is at the back of the Los Collados resort in a very quiet position. There is a swimming pool two minutes walk from the apartment which is secluded and very quiet. It is ideal for children as it has a shallow end. There is plenty of room outside the apartment for children to play in safety and for everyone to relax or have a barbeque. The position of the apartment means it is necessary to use some steep stairs to access the apartment from the road. There is a reserved parking space very close to the apartment entrance. The apartment has air conditioning (installed in 2018) and has recently been refurbished with new furniture. The beds have good mattresses and there are plenty of towels and linen included. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are two bathrooms with showers, one is en-suite with bath. Outside furniture and barbeque is supplied for use in the garden or communal area in front of the apartment.

Myself and my wife are proud to own an apartment in the Los Collados resort of Aguilas and to share it with others. When we first arrived in Aguilas looking for a property we were so impressed by the beaches and the homely feel of the town. It is not over built and is not overrun by tourists or ex-pats. Aguilas stood out from all the other areas we had visited in Southern Spain. Now retired, we try to get over to Aguilas as much as we can but it does get heavily booked and we have commitments at home like looking after our grandchildren. We enjoy walking along the promenades and just chilling out in the Plaza. We love travelling around Murcia and have visited many local historical cities like Lorca and Cartagena plus other coastal resorts like Puerto de Mazarrón.

Guests like the quiet and peaceful location. Some like the swimming pool as it is safe for children.
