Top architectural design, modern interior and plenty of great amenities such as your own gym, heated pool (400 Euros/week), terraces with BBQ and private green garden space. Our spectacular villa is constructed with the latest of architectural themes. White house with sharp edges, dark wooden details, large glass windows that can be pushed into the house for an indoor-outdoor living experience! While staying here you will be equipped by great amenities in secluded privacy, which gives you that kingdoms feeling! The property offers stunning views of the tropical garden from all rooms and terraces. Spacious heated pool next to the large outdoor terrace and lounge area. Elegant alfresco dining at the bottom terrace and at the rooftop terrace. Chill out in the lounge area while letting the BBQ work in order to serve you a delicious dinner. The villa comes with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for your convenience. The suite comes with a private entrance to the rooftop terrace, Netflix-equipped SMART TV, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with washbasins for him and her, a walk-in shower and a relaxing whirlpool tub.

El Paraiso is, as the Spanish name suggests, a paradise. One of the Coast's established prestigious urbanizations, this community is made up of villas and flats and enjoys a peaceful setting, which is preserved by strict rules governing the type of development that can take place within its borders. A fine four-star hotel, El Paraiso, located within the urbanization, is known for its health clinic which focuses on wellness therapies and relax. Also on site is an 18-hole golf course with its accompanying club and various tournaments, including a celebrity Pro-Am, that are held here every year. To complete the sporting topic, five courts are available at the tennis club and there is a lawn bowls club as well.
