Property info

Club Teguisol is located in a privileged point of Costa Teguise. Away from the chaotic tourism, but at the same time close to everything. The beach is only a few minutes walking distance as well as the town center with shops, bars restaurants and all sorts of services to accommodate a demanding tourism. About the apartment 309: Very nice top floor apartment has 49 m2 built plus 8 m2 terrace with sea views. Nice fully equipped kitchen, sofa/bed in the lounge (can sleep 1 person), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). The apartment is completely equipped for holidays, washing machine, Satellite TV and wifi are installed. Bathroom has a bath, wc. Free communal parking. Portable heater/fans are on request.

Neighborhood info

Costa Teguise is a coastal town in the Municipality of Teguise on the island of Lanzarote (in the Canary Islands of Spain). It was built intentionally to accommodate tourism, and prior to building commencing the streets were planned, constructed, and serviced in advance. The town has four main beaches, all of which are natural: Playa de los Charcos, Playa de las Cucharas, Playa del Jablillo and Playa Bastián. Residents and frequent visitors of Costa Teguise have nicknamed the town "Breezy Teguise". In Costa Teguise there is a variety of bars, restaurants, touristic shops, surf schools, bike and car rentals, Golf course, Aquapark etc. Pueblo Marinero is the main square of Costa Teguise where you can find a lot of bars, live music and a market. It's a very good strategic point for visiting the Island as you are located in the middle of all the tourist attractions. This resort is highly recommended for families, elderly or romantic couples.
