Stay in a quiet Mediterranean town with magnificent beaches, in the heart of Maresme, near Barcelona. Triplex apartment, comfortable, practical and modern design, on a pedestrian street, next to the beach, train station and free parking area 24 hours. The Sea and the Mountain the charm of this unique little town. The triplex has 2 bedrooms, a sweet double bed, bathroom and terrace with washer and dryer. the second room a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 fiber wifi office and elevator. The lower floor modern equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa in the living room, the dining room we enjoy its magnificent 4 windows that let in natural light all day with sea views and a courtesy toilet. The sun, the beaches, the mountains, culture, restaurants and water sports throughout the year. Mediterranean climate. A fishing village, between totally pedestrian streets in the center of the old town. Modern building, not overlooked, cozy and practical for families. Located on the second line of the beach, 100 meters from the train station, free parking area 24 hours and with all the necessary services, bank, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket, etc. Perfect for couples and families.

It has all the main Alexandre's house is located in Caldes d'Estrac, Catalonia, Spain. The beach, the train station are 100m from the. apartment. Every 20 minutes the train goes to the center of Barcelona. The fishing village of the eighteenth century, 2 minutes walk from the beach, promenade reaches the neighboring towns, very cheap public spa, followed by two spas plus the HOTEL COLON Y TITUS SPA, very comfortable and close to the apartment walking comfortably. the famous beaches there are 5 Chiringuitos throughout the year, Culture, gastronomy and water sports make this town one of the most interesting and secret places on the western coast of western Spain. The N-II road and the C-32 motorway connect the area with the other municipalities on the coast, and a local road links it to Sant Vicenç de Montalt. Tea station at Rodalies Renfe Operadora R1, 24-hour bus line, and local taxi service. In 30 minutes the pots will be in the center of Barcelona Plaça Catalunya
