This is a nearly new apartment located in the heart of Roses, just 20 meters from the beach sand. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds (1 en-suite) and another with a bunk bed, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to a terrace with a view of the sea. The materials and finishes of the apartment are of high quality. It has reversible air conditioning in all rooms. It is located in a building with an elevator and is close to all services. Towels and bed linen can be provided at an additional cost. A security deposit is also required upon arrival, which must be paid by credit card.
