great location. everything you need. Excellent for the price. AC would have been a bonus as it was very hot but the fans helped. we knew there was no AC when booked so we were prepared.

Apt Sa Marina
Sa Marina apartments are private, not a hotel. We currently have two apartments with two bedrooms and one apartment with one bedroom in the attic. The area where the apartment is located is fairly quiet and safe, with few neighbors. On the first floor is the office of the owners with whom you can communicate. We have no reception in the building but the person who attends the arrival of guests and the handover of the keys is always available for what a customer may need. Reservations that are made from 1.7.2016 will include the touristic rate in its price established by law 2/2016, of March 30, from the tax in touristic stays.
I'm Maryna. I'm the person who attends the customers. I live in the apartments.
The zone is really quiet, with all you need around it, such as butchers, chemists, supermarkets, banks, cafés, restaurants, fruits stores and many other buildings. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, as well as the main leisure area. There are buses for transporting to other touristic places and Palma city. There are rental cars and boat tours, too. There are also discos, leisure zones and other kinds of fun.
